At SnapShooter, we strive to provide excellent support and aim to get back to all customers within one working day. However, we often beat this.
During the holidays, we love to spend time with our families. For this reason, we have periods where we have light and critical support only.
We understand the importance of urgent support when it comes to backups. While we have implemented everything to be self-service if you need help urgently, we do have systems in place, even during the hoilday periods.
